Looking back over the years, I would say that the answer was no. I never once saw myself as a personal trainer let alone becoming a tutor in this field. I knew nothing about fitness, and I was never a fit person to begin with (like ever)! I always struggled with proper nutrition and exercise. I would go on a trendy diet and do cardio for days with little to no results. I would get frustrated and keep on repeating this unfortunate cycle over and over again. In the end, no matter what I did, the end result was the regain of unhealthy bodyweight that was always greater than the loss that originally occurred. I was slowly getting heavier and heavier and unhealthier by the months and eventually the years. This lasted for decades until my early 40s when I finally got involved in a solid program and properly educated myself that I was able to lose the weight and maintain the weight loss successfully.
